The original Bortne album remains exactly where it has been in the archive. This page selects several photographs as a modern visual entrance and then sends visitors to the original files for the full collection.
Archive note: these images are displayed from modern web-sized derivatives. The original files in
archive/Bortne/ remain untouched. Dates and place labels here are based on the filenames preserved in the original collection and should be expanded when fuller provenance is available.
