The tserkva in Odrekhova is a single-naved basilica of masonry construction and features a separate bell tower. The tserkva was built through the efforts of the parish priest, Rev. Theodor Patslavs'kyj, and his patron Stanislav Urbans'kyj. It served a community of some 2500 souls prior to the brutal expulsion of Ukrainian inhabitants. It has been used by the Polish Roman Catholic parish for some time.
