 | The previous tserkva burned down in 1912, and its replacement was put up only in 1927, and even then with much funding from neighboring communities. The tserkva stands unattended and unused to date. The Rev. Josyf Krysa ( 1894-1944 ), the Ukrainian parish priest in Kins'ke, was tortured to death by Polish bandits. |
